FAAL Workout #1

This is to aid the recovery and or alleviate pain/inflammation is knees/legs/ankle! It’s what ALL my athletes do and a few of my more dedicated clients! You will need to implement these things immediately!

  • Glucosamine pills for joint & tendon support especially in knees/legs! Take with food in the morning. Available at Publix, Krogers, CVS or Walmart).
  • Ice nightly using bagged or frozen fan of veggies. 5min on/3min off per television-movie-30min EVERY NIGHT, especially weekends. DON’T FORGET TO ELEVATE FEET WHILE YOU ICE!
  • BCAA Powder for muscle tissue rebuild/soreness/recovery! Drink before or during your workout. Available at GNC or most vitamin shop/nutrition stores. Lots of flavors!
  • Purchase knee wraps OR a knee sleeve from ANY sporting goods store or section (walmart/dicks/target/champs/online etc) and start training in it! The formula is R.I.C.E (rest ice compression elevation) …problem solved!
  • Last but not least, stretch, stretch before and after workouts. Keep working hard!!
