We are located at The Cage Atlanta inside CrossFit North Atlanta.
You can park in the lot in front, on side streets and at Wells Fargo.
Please don’t leave valuables in your car. We have cubbies at our location.
FAAL Hours of Operation?
Monday – Thursday: 11:00am to 8:00pm
Friday: 11:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am to 4:00pm

What type of training do you provide?
Personal Training, Virtual Training, Group training, Partner workouts, Corporate training, Sports specific training, Mommy and me, IFPB, Bodybuilding and more. We provide lunch and learns for businesses, and motivational speaking as well.
Do you train kids / teenagers?
Yes! We love the kids and we have special pricing for all children under 18. We start at age 7, any younger the child must be training with the parent, We also train Pre, during, and post pregnancy. So Mommy and Me is always an option.

What forms of payment does FAAL accept?
Cash, All Credit, checks (for big packages and you must be a returning client), our Squareup website and store and Paypal. All payments can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org

Things you will need in the future as a team member: a jump rope, a set of 5lb weights, a mat, a gym towel, and a water bottle.
HIIT camp schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30pm to 8:15pm
We will have sign ups at the end of each month. Drop-ins are welcome.
How can I join Atlanta’s #1 Group Training, FAAL HIIT Camp?!
You can log in to our booking site squareup.com. The schedule will come up and you can decide to do a drop-in or save money and pay for the full month. Results Are Guaranteed!
You can always drop in and pay for HIIT camps the day you would like to come, be prepared to fill out your waiver.
